General Information
Cancellation / Early Departure
Our reservation and cancellations are based on the 2006 General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry. In case of a cancellation between 7 and 4 weeks before arrival we charge 30 % of the total amount. Within the last 4 weeks before arrival 70%. In case of no show or no timely cancellation our hotel is allowed to charge the cancellation free from the stated credit card.
Premature departures obligate us to charge for the entire booked period, including not used rooms and/or other booked services.
During the high seasons we have different cancelation fees - please see this in you booking confirmation.
Payment
Bank draft in advance, cash, Euro cheque card or credit cards (Visa, EC, Mastercard).

Arrival / Departure
On the day of arrival your room is available from 3 p.m. onwards. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m.
Finally
Seasonal or weather-caused changes or cancellations of pre-announced hotel events and outside services are possible.
The room plans are schematic plans, certain deviations are possible in actual rooms. We are not responsible for printing errors.
