Guests are delighted with our traditional Austrian cuisine and popular, hearty regional "Pinzgauer" dishes,  refined to contemporary taste.

 

Our longstanding Chef de Cuisine, Bernd Bereuter, and his team, create inspiring  regional dishes. Guests with half board are pampered with a choice of three ingenious dinner menus: regional "Pinzgauer" cuisine, traditional "Grand Hotel-cuisine" and bio vegetarian cuisine.

 

Theme nights complete our diversified offer of culinary delicacies - a culinary journey through Austria - from the "Pinzgauer"  buffet  to the exquisitely traditional Austrian dessert buffet.

 

Your culinary enjoyment is encompassed by the restaurants in both hotels with their beautiful lake views - the "Kaisersaal" , the "Panorama Restaurant" with its blue and red salons, the "Kaiserstüberl" and the "Zirbenstube".

In summer, we recommend the "Pinzga Bräu am See" with its cosy lakeside garden and hearty snacks. or our "Grand Café am See", a highlight, with a nostalgic atmosphere and wonderful lakeside terrace. It invites you to linger whilst listening to live music and enjoying homemade cakes, tarts and ice cream specialities.

 

For your evening entertainment we recommend the "Imperial Café Bar", which revives the nostalgic flair of  times gone by, with its various lounges, niches and cosy rooms (eg. the Jägerstüberl or "hunting lounge", with its open fire place, in  the period style of the industrial expansion starting in 1871.)
