• Surcharge for single occupancy of a double room is 70% of the per-person-price
  From 27.04. to 15.06. und 15.07. bis 07.10.2012 we are not charging a single use fee.
  From 22.06. to 15.07. we charge 2 full paying guests in a double room for single use.  
• Family apartments, Grand Suites & Empress Elisabeth Suites are bookable for a minimum of 3 full paying persons during hight season (22.06.-15.07.2012)
• A discount of EUR 10,00 applies to every booking of an overnight stay with breakfast
• Underground garage place EUR 7,00 per day
• Discounts for children
  27.04. bis 22.06.2012 & 15.07. bis 07.10.2012:
  Children under the age of 12 stay free of charge in a room with 2 paying adults, a third child may receive a 20% discount regardless of age. Children from 13 years on receive a reduction of 20%. 
  22.06. bis 15.07.2012
  Children from 0-2 years: 100% reduction
  Children from 2-7 years: 50% reduction
  Children from 7-13 years: 30% reduction
  Children from 13 years on: 20% reduction
• Pets: We charge a fee of EUR 20,00 per day (food not included)
• Arrival/Departure: Your reserved room is usually available to you at 03.00 pm. We kindly ask you to check out your room until 10.30 a.m.
