• Surcharge for single occupancy of a double room is 50% (70% in suites) of the per-person-price (during Christmas and New Year we charge 100% singel use)
  From 30.11.-21.12.2013 we are not charging a single use fee.
• A discount of EUR 10,00 applies to every booking of an overnight stay with breakfast
• Underground garage place EUR 7,00 per day
• Discounts for children
  30.11-21.12.2013/11.01.-08.02.2014/22.02.-01.03.2014/08.-29.03.2014:
  Children under the age of 12 stay free of charge in a room with 2 paying adults
  a third child may receive a 30% discount regardless of age
  21.12.2013-11.01.2014, 08.02.-22.02. & 01.-08.03.2014
  Children from 0-1,9 years: 100% reduction
  Children from 2-11,9 years: 50% reduction
  Children from 12 years on: 30% reduction 
  a  third child may receive a 30% discount regardless of age
• Pets: We charge a fee of EUR 20,00 per day (food not included)
• Arrival/Departure: Your reserved room is usually available to you at 03.00 pm. We request to leave your hotel room before 10.30
• Minimum stay 7 nights (arrival on Saturday or Sunday) - shorter stays on request
• In seasons 26.12.2013-11.01.2014/08.02.-22.02.2014 & 01.-08.03.2014 for suites and imperial suites is a minimum occupancy of 3 adults
