The family mountain in Zell am See - Kaprun offers 21 kilometres of pistes, a stress-free day of skiing and fun with winter sports at the base of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. The highlights of the ski resort include the Maisiflitzer – the all-year alpine rollercoaster in Kaprun.

Treat yourself to culinary delights, enjoy traditional delicacies and get a seat with panoramic view for your lunch break on your day of skiing.
Maisi Alm: Directly next to the Kaprun Center, the new MK Maiskogelbahn and the Maisiflitzer is the Maisi Alm. Enjoy a wide range of dishes from pasta to steaks and Pinzgau treats. There is also a designated children’s menu for the youngest guests.
Alpengasthaus Glocknerblick: the name says it all. Enjoy your lunch on the sun terrace with view to Austria’s highest mountain - the Grossglockner.
Maiskogel Alm Ranch: the mountain restaurant in 1,545 m above sea level treats you to culinary delights with steaks from the lava grill, burgers, grilled chicken, knuckle of pork and many other delicious dishes. There is a petting zoo with alpacas, woolly pigs, rabbits and chicken for children in summer and winter.
Cable car connection between the Kitzsteinhorn ski resort and the Maiskogel ski resort
NEW: The Kitzsteinhorn ski resort can be accessed directly from the town centre of Kaprun from December 2019.
The cable car connection is built in two stages. The MK Maiskogelbahn uphill to the Maiskogel will commence operation from December 2018. The 3K Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn-K-onnection will start operation from December 2019. Guests will be taken to the Langwied area at the Kitzsteinhorn, thus skiing from the Kitzsteinhorn (3,029m) downhill to the town centre of Kaprun (768m) will be possible from December 2019 onwards.
