The Grand Hotel Zell am See strives to make its website https://www.grandhotel-zellamsee.at accessible in accordance with the Federal Act on Accessibility (BaFG), as amended, for the implementation of the European Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

The requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 have been followed as far as possible.

Measures to Improve Accessibility

The website contains PDF documents available for download that are not yet fully accessible.

2. Disproportionate burden
For economic and organizational reasons, it is currently not feasible to make older PDF and Office documents fully accessible. However, we are continuously working on improving accessibility.

3. Outside the scope of applicable legal provisions
Some documents and content available on the website were published before June 28, 2025. These are exempt from the requirements of the Federal Accessibility Act and are not currently scheduled for revision.

4. Third-party content
The website includes third-party content (e.g., embedded widgets, maps, booking systems) that is neither developed, financed, nor controlled by Grand Hotel Zell am See. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of these elements. They are also excluded from the scope of the BaFG.
