Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel. Das Hotel hat eine traumhafte Lage mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Viktoria an der Rezeption. Sie war äußerst freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Obwohl es bei der Buchung unseres Zimmers zu einem Fehler gekommen war, hat sie sich sofort darum gekümmert und eine hervorragende Lösung gefunden. Dank ihres Engagements konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

Das Grand Hotel in Zell am See ist einsame Spitze ! Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die überaus feine und sehr gute Küche (für alle Ernährungsrichtungen gibt es genug), die feine und vornehme Atmosphäre, ohne steif zu sein (weiße Tischtücher, schweres Besteck, Stoffservietten), der tolle Spa-Bereich, entweder mit Blick über den See und auf die Berge oder mit der Möglichkeit, nach dem Saunagang gleich in den See zu springen, tolle und stimmungsvolle Musik an der Bar ... Von der exklusiven Lage direkt am See ganz zu schweigen. Und wurde sehr viel Gutes zuteil und dafür danken wir! Es ist alles "Tippi Toppi"!
Kurzes Fazit: uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
