Yes, children aged 3 to 10 years are warmly welcome at our children’s club, open daily from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Please note: opening days may vary by season. Our reception team will be happy to inform you upon arrival.

No need! For your comfort, we provide fluffy bathrobes for the duration of your stay, and of course, we have smaller sizes for children too.
If you’d like bath slippers, feel free to pick up a pair at reception.

We want you to feel relaxed and at ease during your stay. During the day, comfortable clothing is perfectly fine throughout the hotel. For dinner in our restaurants, we kindly ask for smart-casual attire.

As a half-board guest, you can put together your own personalised 4-course dinner menu from a total of 12 dishes from three completely different menu lines, from the Grand Hotel Classic to the vegetarian cuisine line and Health Cuisine. A salad buffet is available daily.

We want all our guests to enjoy their personal idea of relaxation. That’s why our hotel with private access to Lake Zell offers two dedicated wellness areas: Family Classic Spa: With a panoramic indoor pool, children's pool, hot whirlpool, two textile saunas (60 °C & 80 °C), a relaxation room, and a fitness area – perfect for guests of all ages. GRANDSPA (adults only): For guests aged 16 and over, this exclusive area features a variety of saunas and relaxation zones as well as treatment rooms for massages and beauty treatments.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hotel. In addition, a guest PC with free internet access is located in the hotel lobby.

Yes, your four-legged friend is very welcome at our hotel. We charge € 25.00 per night (excluding food) for dogs.

Please note: Dogs are not permitted in the main restaurant or wellness areas. However, you are welcome to dine with your dog in our Jägerstüberl (bar area).

Safety and hygiene regulations

• For safety reasons, please do not leave your dog unattended anywhere in the Grand Hotel.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead both inside and outside the hotel complex.
• Please understand that your dog is not allowed in the restaurant or wellness area (including the GRANDSPA & Classic Spa) for hygiene reasons, nor on the sunbathing lawn on the hotel's own beach.
• If your dog needs to be walked, then you have the beautiful and unspoilt shores of Lake Zell where you can go for long walks.
• Please dispose of your dog's droppings in the waste bins provided in the outdoor area using the ‘dog bag’.
• If you plan to go out without your dog, we kindly ask you to keep the time you are away as short as possible so that other guests are not disturbed by any barking. You are also welcome to make use of the dog sitting service in the region.
• Any damage and / or heavy soiling caused by your dog in the room or garden must be replaced without exception.
• Please note that in the entire areas of Zell am See and Kaprun, dogs must be muzzled or kept on a leash in public areas; only assistance dogs are exempt from this.

We charge EUR 12.00 per day and car for an outdoor car park and garage parking space. You are also welcome to charge your electric car with us for a fee.

We work together with the Zell am See ski school. It is an advantage if you book the ski course before your arrival, as it can happen that the ski schools are fully booked during holiday periods.

In winter, our free, in-house ski bus takes you several times a day directly to the CityXpress valley station & to the Schmittenhöhe valley station and back to the hotel. The departure times vary depending on the season.

Yes, you can buy your multi-day ski pass directly at the reception of the Grand Hotel - practical, uncomplicated and without long waiting times at the cable car ticket office.
